"Most business owners would never take the time to address this extensive malicious review to this extent. However, we are glad for the opportunity to address this review and show our customers how much we really care about our business. Here at Badaracco Plumbing & Heating our ultimate goal is to ensure that every customers needs are met. However, in a realistic world we also understand that pleasing every customer is an impossible task, no matter the circumstance. It is truly disheartening to know that one customer was displeased with our performance, especially because we take pride in doing our best to serve our community, surrounding communities, and customers with honor and integrity. In regards to the issues Jon Miller raised, we would like to assure our customers that we actively strive to provide reliable and efficient service. His negative review on Google was surprising, considering that my team rectified all of the minor issues on the project successfully, as well as contradictory to the message Jon forwarded to Tony on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 at 1:25PM which is listed below: {Jonathon Danielle Miller Wed, May 3 at 1:25 PM Hey Tony. Sorry we ended it like that. I'm very happy with the work that you did over here, I've got no complaints at all about you guys coming and knocking it out for us.} Additionally, the contractor Jon ran the project poorly and was extremely unprepared, making it difficult to complete in the expected time frame. His lack of knowledge in construction prolonged the project over eight months when it should have taken three months. An example of this was when he supplied slipshod fixtures from Morocco that we obviously could not warranty since we did not purchase them. On the subject of our teams behavior, all of our technicians are trained to maintain the highest professional standards. The way he described our teams etiquette was completely fabricated. In regards to pricing, we understand that cost is an important factor in any service. We continuously evaluate our pricing structure to ensure that it is transparent and competitive within the industry as we so previously discussed with Jon before we started the project. Unfortunately, Jon and his wife Danielle M were difficult to work with and extremely disrespectful towards our workers as well as the electrician and painter on site. Our employees are trained to avoid any confrontation at all costs, which explains Jon's observation of our foreman who has been with us for over 21 years, who is highly requested from our customers and contractors. Upon completion, Jon expressed that he was satisfied with our performance and asked if we would work on his next project. Due to our experience on this job, I respectfully declined. Jon proved to be one of the most difficult customers that our company has ever encountered in the thirty-five years in business. This project was completed four months ago and his review along with his wifes' were just posted this week displaying an implausible timeline. Badaracco Plumbing & Heating has always been recognized as a professional company that does quality installs, with high end materials. Our intention has always been to make projects run smoothly so our customers obtain their goals. We strive to uphold our reputation as evidenced by our thirty years of top industry recognition as a leading company entity. Lastly, note that all of our Google reviews are genuine and come from our appreciative customers. We uphold the principles of integrity and transparency in our business, and we do not engage in unethical practices. Therefore, we request the removal of his review. "Here at Badaracco plumbing our ultimate goal is to ensure that the customer is happy, hence how and why we carry a 4.8-5.0 customer satisfaction rating .However in a realistic world we also understand that pleasing every customer can be an impossible task no matter what we do .Unfortunately this EMERGENCY was scheduled on the weekend and this customer just assumed that our services would be free ,not to mention why have us come at all if she already had the problem corrected as she states in the above comment .Neither here or there Badaracco plumbing and heating is proud to announce that we have received Best plumber in Fairfield county for the last 6 years and running .It truly disheartens not only me but the rest of my staff to know that one of our customers were displeased with our performance as we really do our best to serve our community and our surrounding communities with pride and integrity as well as being upfront and honest with all of our customers ."
