Mike at Cool Haven Pool was very responsive and understanding to my time sensitive need given the freezing temps to inspect and service my pool/spa heater and timer/freeze protector. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and made sure everything was in good working order. Would recommend CHP and Mike very highly.

Michael has been phenomenal since my first call about my rat damaged heater. He explained all my options and didnâ t pressure me at all. When I was finally ready to purchase a replacement he found me a great price on the unit I needed and was at my house within a few days doing the install and sending me pictures and video of the completed job, as well as a few other items he noticed needed to be addressed. I was SO comfortable with his recommendations and found his charges VERY reasonable, especially compared to what Iâ ve paid before on service calls from other companies that didnâ t even fix my problems! Mike was outstanding to work with from the moment he reached out, all the way through to end of the project. He did the estimate within 24 hours of our initial contact. We wanted to upgrade our entire pool equipment system in our new home as well as make a few pool repairs. He really listened to what we wanted. He offered and explained the pros and cons of all the options available including ways to save costs and make maintenance easier. Ultimately, we decided to tear it all out and install new state of the art, energy- saving equipment. He scheduled the work to start a few days after our estimate. He literally did the entire job in a single day including training us on the controls and app! He also repaired an outlet and light adjacent to the equipment at no additional cost to his original quote. It took a us a week from our first conversation to completion of the project. I would highly recommend him for any pool repair or upgrade.

He know we was going to have a big party foe my sons 30 birthday that weekend and try to fix it before the party well he came back on thursday to quickly repair it but was not working and he got us a brand new Heater and installed it on friday. He worked hard to get the job done before that party and he did! Amazing man of God and kept his word to us. There was a lot of happy people at that party! Thank you so much for making my son 30â s party awesome! If you have a problem with your pool them give a call! you will be glad you did!

Replaced the damaged pump body with a new one yesterday. It was a simple and quick job. Service was on time and performed in good quality. No issue as far as I can see so far. Price was fair too.
