"Thank you for taking the time to leave us such wonderful feedback! We are so happy to hear that our team was able to exceed your expectations and ensure that you were completely satisfied with our work. We appreciate your incredibly kind words and we hope you will contact us, should you ever require our services in the future. Thank you for your business!"
"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], We are sorry that you feel that way. However there seems to be a discrepancy with the facts in your review: -Lisa is an employee of NEAS and has been our office manager for the past 10 years. She is not related to me -You neglected to follow the warranty registration procedure set forth by Lennox, therefore your warranty coverage was downgraded to a 5 year parts warranty. The registration information was clearly stated on your contract and is also listed in your owner's manual -The problem you experienced with your Lennox system was a manufacturer issue and of no fault of NEAS as your system passed installation inspection per town codes. NEAS and Lennox did correct your issue free of charge -Based on your irrational and abusive phone manner to our office staff, we have decided to end our business relationship -We do wish you the best of luck with your future HVAC needs"
