Tony came by on a Friday afternoon to look at our worn out 18000 BTU heat pump. He quoted a replacement on the spot and had it running within 24 hours, working on Saturday. He saved us a lot of money . Highly recommended.

Tony and his team were really terrific. very responsive and clearly interested in my job, unlike some larger contractors. We installed two 3-on-1 minisplit systems in a 100 year old house. the installation was accomplished just as we discussed, and Tony told me when he thought I was making a mistake about where to place an indoor unit. After first doing it my way, I realized my mistake and I had to ask them to do it over. they were good natured about it and Tony was fair with the additional cost. Overall, very pleasant, friendly, easy to deal with, reliable and cost-effective. Minor drawback is that they are not on the Con Ed "approved" contractor list, so I could not claim the substantial heat pump rebates from Con Ed. Despite this, the price was very competitive with others, all-inclusive where others were not, and ultimately a great value without the rebate hassle. The work was done very quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend considering this company for a similar job.

Contractor and his crew got started next day just as promised. Estimated two days length of job, job was completed in one day.
