"Nixon provides great service in a timely manner. He and his crew were efficient, polite and respectful of the areas they worked in. They performed carpentry work that was excellent and quickly solved a roofing and sealing/painting issue for me. Nixon was responsive by phone and showed up when he said he was going to each time. His pricing was a bit on the high side and you get what you pay for. I will definitely be calling on Nixon and his crew again for future work."

"The carpenter that did the job (Adam) was amazing. He had to expand the space for one window, narrow the space for another, and repair much cedar siding that had rotted away due to water damage. He also reshaped my patio door so it would close and lock more easily. He is a very talented carpenter and I have no qualms about highly recommending him."

"From the get-go, I was impressed with Leo's professionalism and responsiveness. Communication was excellent and I got a thorough written estimate quickly. The crew always showed up promptly as expected and did a very thorough job of prepping the house for painting. I got compliments from the neighbors about how polite and professional the crew was. I felt a tremendous amount of trust in the professionalism and work ethic of this team. I would add that I was also impressed with their attention to detail and their concern for safety. It was also nice to see how well they all worked together; it really seemed like a well-functioning team and I think that really makes a difference.  I would strongly recommend them to others and would use them again (though I hope to not have to get my house repainted for a very long time).

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
