"Renovating a house is not like renovating 1 room. Weslyn and the workers were responsive and respectful. This was our first big renovation. If I ever have to do it again, I will take more time in the planning phase actually graphically designing each room. We did this for the kitchen and bathrooms and it made the job much easier but it was a lot to get to that point. However, we had to be at the house every day to make sure work kept moving. I couldn't give 5s all around because there were times where we were expecting the subcontractors to do a job but that was not relayed to them properly/or vice versa back to us necessitating extra cost and time to get some parts of the project done. Efficiency was also somewhat lacking and a true Project Manager would greatly help Weslyn's process when it comes to bigger jobs."

"i desperately needed gutter cleaning the day before a major storm. I spoke with Dave initially and he worked with me to make it possible and sent out his crew by the afternoon to my house. His crew was so professional and worked very hard to make sure that all the work was done for me and they cleaned up and got rid of all the mess. This company could not have been nicer and helpful. I highly recommend them and am thankful that I found their business."

"Fine Construction did a terrific job of gut renovating a 1,900sf pre-war unit for my client who purchased the property. Client, and engineer, interviewed 3 contractors we recommended and chose Fine Construction. Project required a major re-design to add a 3rd a bedroom, flooring structure reinforcement, complete systems upgrades, kitchen, baths, millwork, detail finishing -- you name it they did it. Very pleased with the cost estimates, design advice and workmanship details. Processional service all along the way during months of work. "Carlos was fantastic and offered a very reasonable price. He put on a new roof and gutters. His crew arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time. They even did some extra work at no cost. They cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them and will hire them to do additional work."
