Bob was a blessing . He got my family home after we were victims of contractor fraud. He walked into a mess and cleaned it up! Bob was timely, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was able to work very closely with our architect, and local building department to identify and correct the many of the problems left by the previous fraudulent contractor. We will be forever grateful to Bob and his staff. I would recommend Silverfox anytime. This review is long overdue. Thank you again Bob. Bob and his crew are terrific! Bob only hires quality people. That includes his own workers and the tradespeople that come in. He brings in the best electrician, the best plumber, the best painter and the best tile guys. His own workers are fabulous too. Bob and his men arrive on time and leave the house as clean and neat as possible in the middle of a big project. They are kind and courteous. Their workmanship is top notch. Attention is paid to every detail. Bob wants his jobs to be done right and works hard to ensure that they are. My husband and I are so pleased with the way our bathroom looks! We have used Silver Fox before and will use him again.

Robert and his employee Jesse were courteous, prompt and their professionalism stands out against other contractors. They communicated with my husband and I throughout the install regarding the specifics of the project and willingly provided professional input. The mantel looks outstanding as a result of their diligence and expertise. Robert is not only personable but pays close attention to details which could be easily overlooked by others. It is clear that each project is approached with the homeowner in mind. The existing stonework posed unforeseen challenges in which Robert helped us manage in the most successful way. I will certainly recommend Silver Fox to others as well as use them for future projects.

We had a reclaimed piece of barn wood made for our mantle and needed it mounted. Silver Fox did a GREAT job. Robert was professional and easy to work with. He offered two options for mounting and thoroughly explained each process. They were friendly, efficient and clean. SILVER FOX I recently had Silver Fox Construction remove and replace a composite deck that had failed under warranty. The demolition was done in a professional manner and the worksite was left clean and orderly at the end of the day. Robert Nock, the owner, is meticulous in his work ethic and attention to detail. My job was complicated by the fact that this was a warranty replacement that required behind the scenes material coordination with the manufacturer and a local distributor including shipment, storage and delivery. Prior to this, much time was spent with phone calls to manufacturers warranty specialists documenting deck measurements and other replacement details. Once I signed the contract with Robert, he took care of all the issues that came up and even completed the job ahead of schedule. Silver Fox Construction was incredible, We had them renovate our whole kitchen and den and they did an amazing job. Robert and his team were honest, caring and such hard workers. They were reliable and always looking out for our best interest. Having construction in your house is always very stressful but they managed to make the process smooth and worry free. The kitchen is gorgeous and i definitely would use them again for anything in my house.

Robert is professional and prompt. He is always available to speak to. We were never waiting for him to call us. Robert has creative ideas that are out of the box. We would use him again for other projects and highly recommended him for your next project.

The work was great. The guys working on our house were nice and did a great job. They were trustworthy as we both work and have 2 dogs. We love how things ended and would use them again in a heartbeat. The owner has checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the results.

Our whole project went extremely well from start to finish. It was completed before the anticipated 6 weeks, including the scheduling of town inspections, which Bob handled with patience & professionalism, (Town inspectors can definitely test patience at times). It was a pleasure to work with Bob and his crew, all as professional and polite as him. Filled us in with almost daily reports of progress as neither of us were there during the day. He also looked for alternatives when anything came up and provided a great team of plumbers, masons & electricians as well on the project. Even with some changes, he always made sure to stay within budget, which we very much appreciated. Looking forward to using their services for any future projects as this one came out beautifully and exactly as was planned. We will highly recommend.

Robert is very pleasant to work with. He is professional, responsive, and provides high quality work. I have used him a second time, and will continue to do so.

The process went well. We were referred to an excellent design location to help with selecting finishes. Once the project started, the team was on site every day promptly and cleaned up daily. They addressed a few concerns we had with mold, plywood not being to code, etc. Overall the team was friendly and professional. My kids liked them and we felt comfortable leaving the contractors in our home.

bob was totally involved from written estimates,to all the work explained above. his roofer, electricians, plumber, his demo and installation crew(carpenters) were clean, very skilled and professional, they left our house totally clean after each day. Bob was very good at sealing off our other rooms from dust and debris, very important when pets are involved. A great job, really professional for quality work at a very competetive price with no hidden or surprize costs.any questions with materials,design,or scheduling were totally discussed before implementing,

I can't imagine using any other contractor than Silver Fox. He's done 4 projects for me, so far. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, capable and cares that he does a great, quality job. He's not the least expensive, but he's far from the most expensive. This is the guy you call when you want the job done correctly the first time. If you have to wait a few months, (lots of people want him) it's worth the wait. His experience has also helped me when I've had ideas that he knows will not work - he tells me WHY it won't and then provides numerous appropriate and creative options so I can choose.  He's easy to deal with, honest, his staff is professional, and he won't bring in another company (electrician, plumber, mason, roofer, etc.) that he doesn't personally vet and respect. I love the work he does! Call this guy! 

Bob and crew did an excellent job on fixing some structural problems we had in the house we just bought. Bob was very honest and clear about what needed to be repaired and what didn't need to be repaired with clear explanations of every possibility. The job was done very quickly and nicely. Clearly he is not going to try to "get your money at any cost" by suggesting the most expensive solutions when they are not needed. He will suggest what it is needed to be done, plain and simple. Totally recommended.

Attention to detail and a high quality finished project were of high importance to me. Bob & his crew were punctual, professional, and did not disappoint. Like with any remodeling project, there was a fair amount of prep work required to address joists & rafters that were out of square. The finished project reflects this attention to detail and we are very happy with the quality of the work. This was a time & materials job and Bob's estimates were very close. We would work with Bob again in the future.

Due to the quality of work Bob and his crew did on the remodel of our home, I reached out to him when we were considering a real estate investment. We chose to use Bob rather than a traditional home inspector. Bob meticulously evaluated the home and all of the systems similar to what an inspector typically does. However, the main benefit of using Bob is when it comes to determining the severity of the findings and the cost to of remediation. Bob provided a detailed report and an itemized list of required repairs along with estimates. This provided a good amount of leverage in re-negotiating with the seller. In the end we were able to make a very informed decision.

Bob Nock & his crew were top notch. Bob provided a thorough contract which ensured we were on exactly the same page from the beginning. The crew was friendly, prompt, well organized and talented - showed up at 8 am and worked until 4:30pm. They cleaned up at the end of each day to keep the mess to a minimum. When surprised came up, Bob thoroughly explained the options and helped us to stay within our budget. The finished project was fantastic. Everyone who comes in the home comments on the quality work. We highly recommend Silver Fox Construction.

The jobs that have been done by silver fox have always been done in a professional manner . His work ethic is wonderful and he has a very respectable crew. I really would highly recommend silver fox. I think anyone would be very happy with his work

I said in my review dated 07/28/2015 that I would hire the Silver Fox again, and I meant it. They've done a few other smaller jobs for me since that review, and each was perfectly executed, but this is the start of another big one and I had to come back and tell you once more how great they are.

Two things happened today: First, Bob and his team had to remove and re-install an exterior entry door that I had another contractor install a couple of years ago (before I was lucky enough to meet Bob) and has leaked rain and cold air ever since. I gave up trying to get the other guy to make it right, and chose to live with it until it finally came time to re-do the floor in that entry room. No way could I do that with rain leaking in all the time. So Bob and his crew removed and re-installed the door, and for part of the time I had the pleasure of watching them work. I could tell how precise and meticulous they are, and I have no doubt that the door will from now on be a solid and reliable barrier to the weather.

Then they attacked an awful ceramic tile floor in my kitchen, which is the first step in a long journey to remodeling the thing. It was grueling work but they did it with care and never-ending concern for our overall comfort: they sealed off the space as best as possible to contain the dust, and they chose slow and laborious manual tools over the convenience of power in order to keep the explosion of dust and debris to the absolute minimum.

All I can say is that if you have a project to do, you must use Silver Fox. Period. Except you can't do that until my kitchen is done. ;-)

**This is our second time using Robert Nock and Silver Fox Construction**

Robert came to our home and gave us a very fair estimate on what the project would entail from both a material and man hour perspective in order to complete the job.  He went through various options and designs and we settled on a plan that fit our budget as well as our vision.
From day one, we had a contract with an outline of what was to be accomplished and what payments were due AFTER the work was performed.  Communication was amazing, he would let us know the evening before if rain was in the forecast with whether or not they would be coming to work the next day or even if it was for a half day so that we could plan accordingly.
As far as the actual work performed, we were floored at their attention to detail.  From the custom rail design to the perfect mitered angles to being able to keep square a 1300 sq foot floating deck was nothing short of amazing.  The team thought nothing of it when it came to spending an extra hour or so over their normal day to make sure that we were satisfied-  it was as though they were building this deck for their own home.
We HIGHLY recommend Silver Fox Construction to all of our friends and family and we will be calling them next year to do some additional interior work as our 3rd time using them.

Bob is a reliable, hands-on, owner with an amazing team of highly skilled workers. His price was reasonable and he kept to the budget. He was always able to resolve any issues that came up during the project with solutions that added value to the overall result.

As a Real Estate Agent and retail store owner, I have worked with dozens of Contractors. I have never has such a pleasant experience nor been so happy with the final results! He was very conscientious about timing and the necessity of staying on schedule.

It was excellent. I am very pleased. The job looks beautiful and he was very professional all through the job, he kept me informed of the progress. There was a hold up on a delivery of a couple of materials and he kept me up to date on everything the whole time.
