"We called Best Pest because we had some alarming wasp activity in two different places under the eaves of our siding. We left a message about 10 AM and Andy called back within an hour or so. He told us he'd be there between 2 PM and 5 PM, and he was true to his word. He explained to us clearly what needed to be done, then suited up. After spraying into the locations, he said he would come back at no additional charge within a week if there was additional activity at those locations. There was also a 30-day guarantee on work. It has been two days and it seems that everything is resolved and all the critters seem to have been dispatched. We appreciated the quick and effective service. I will definitely call Andy again in the future if needed."

"I hired this company as I heard wildlife activity in my chimney. They were very responsive and Matt even confirmed the appointment. He sent someone else even though it was twice confirmed it would be him. The tech that arrived walked about 20 feet into my living room, shined a flashlight into my fireplace and told me the wildlife was protected and couldnâ t help. I was promptly charged $133. I had agreed to this fee, as it would have been applied to the job had I hired them to do the work. I had every expectation of hiring them, but as they couldnâ t help, I did not have that option. I have no problem paying a fair price for services performed, but a 5 minute call does not warrant this expense."

Ended up calling the police who gave them a week to come back to fix the damage they caused by driving their trenching machine across the middle of my 50 yard front lawn with heavy frost. Resulting in the killing of the grass and creating tracks that we now have to stare at for the next four months. All I was looking for was a resolution to how damage was going to be fixed and they refused to do anything. The office representative even hung up the phone on me when I called to report damage. "
