i desperately needed gutter cleaning the day before a major storm. I spoke with Dave initially and he worked with me to make it possible and sent out his crew by the afternoon to my house. His crew was so professional and worked very hard to make sure that all the work was done for me and they cleaned up and got rid of all the mess. This company could not have been nicer and helpful. I highly recommend them and am thankful that I found their business.

I contacted The Builders &Cleaners of CT for a gutter cleaning. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day of my phone call. Initially I didn?t get an answer and I?m not big on leaving messages for a service but David promptly returned my call. He was pleasant and accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They showed up as scheduled and was quick and thorough. They even provided pictures of the finished work. I will recommend and use The Builders & Cleaners of CT again.

Easy process from quote to work complete. The crew worked on a few small projects -- fixed a damaged wall, repaired flooring, and installed a new toilet.

I was very impressed with David's responsiveness and every member of his crew was a pleasure. They completely removed the kitchen floor (and several layers of subfloor) in my 100+ year-old home, made repairs to floor joists and installed new flooring that looks beautiful. It was an evolving project and I appreciated the team's flexibility and speed with which they completed the project.

My husband and I reached out to the company to repair some rotten boards we discovered on the exterior of the house. We spoke to David who was extremely responsive and quick to set up our services. The crew came a couple days later right at the time they said, the repairs are great quality, and everyone we interacted with was polite and kind. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for a bigger job in the future!

Let me just prefix this by saying weâ ve had a few bad experiences working with contractors in the past. We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years

We needed to replace a patch of our living room ceiling due to damage from a water leak upstairs. We contacted C&B, who responded and quoted us a price quickly. The price was fair for a multi-day job, they got it done within a week, and they even helped us repaint the ceiling. Very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We'd strongly recommend!

A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication.
