"We hired Memo for a kitchen renovation project that took 6-7 weeks total in 2 rounds. Our cabinets arrived in 2 shipments a few months apart so we had to do it this way. Memo and his crew were very punctual and clean. when our second shipment arrived they showed up the next day. The quality of the their work was excellent too. Abby handles the business side of things and she’s a very communicator and easy to work with. I think for the first time I can say I have no complaints working with a contractor. "Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. "I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
