Gilles sent Justin over the next day, so very quick service. Justin gave me a ballpark price to replace it, which was more in line with what I thought was fair. He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."

Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. "Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him.
