But with Behold I had a personal direct text from them asking about my situation and all I had to do was give some info send in pictures and voilà! They gave me their quote(2300$) which also beat all the company’s(3k$+) I had heard from! They had a tech out to me ASAP. It almost could’ve been same day but I was in no rush. "Terrible experience. Quoted 2 day job, ended up being 2 months!! No caulking in some places, bad joints in others. NOTHING like what was planned. The floor wasn?t square with the room! They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! "Brad (owner) was fantastic throughout the whole process. He walked us through every step and asked for feedback along the way. He did things promptly once he committed to a timeline and would communicate the reason if anything had to be delayed (which was usually on our part for changing something). The finished project is beautiful and could tell that he did things even better than if it was his own home. We get so many compliments on our basement and recommend him to everyone who even mentions needing a GC. I would get in with him quickly before the word gets out and people find out how awesome, thorough, and reasonably priced he is."

"Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"

"I highly recommend Mountain Valley Plumbing & Heating! I had a furnace installed six years ago by a different company, Steele Bros Heating, Inc. located in Denver. My furnace is a high-efficiency condensing furnace, yet they never installed the condensate drain line— a huge mistake — it's not only dangerous, but totally embarrassing to overlook such an important part of the installation! I had Mountain Valley Plumbing & Heating come out for a furnace tune up, and their technician, Scott realized the issue. The motor in my furnace was underwater due to the lack of the drain and my furnace wouldn't turn on. I called Steele Bros Heating to fix the problem, and they placed the blame on me, saying I should have had the furnace inspected and that because I didn't have them out once a year for maintenance, they would also void my warranty.
