"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. "These guys are above excellent! I already had estimates from 2 companies for for a new furnace. One was way too high, and I just didn't feel right about the second one. I called One Hour and got an appointment for a quote the following day. Habib came and took all the measurements for the entire project and gave me an exact price for the work.
