"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. Aether Mechanical responded at once by phone and Nicholas arrived onsite from Boulder to our house in SE Denver within two hours. Initial assessment indicated a burnt-out igniter. Nicholas replaced that and discovered during fire-up testing that carbon monoxide levels were *way* above acceptable limits. After repeated tests, the unavoidable conclusion was a cracked firebox, necessitating replacement. We reviewed estimates at three price points, selected one, and Nicholas mobilized his team.
