He also gave me a very fair price to repair it — about a third of what the other contractors quoted. A good chunk money, but a much better option right now. Comparing what the three contractors told me, I’m confident that Justin had it all coveted. He then allowed me to video him, explaining what he did and what I should expect and look out for. He also sold me on their annual maintenance plan, which is a bargain because it includes evaporative cooler startup and shut down."

He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him.
