"Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. The day of installation Jared was very conscious and treated my home with the upmost respect and professionalism (he even befriended the dogs)!
