RooterGuy Plumbing has over 30 years plus of experience BBB Accredited since 2012 specializing in all facets of the plumbing work, from drain clearing to whole house piping. We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have over two thousand ratings on the HomeAdvisor web site, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. Water Heater - Repair or Service
Jacob went above and beyond replacing my water heater. He had to move my unitized Washer/Dryer out of the "utility closet" before he could access the water heater. That in itself was an immense chore and he didn't charge me extra for it. He worked really hard getting everything done and he even fixed a few other things while he was here. He worked nonstop, I was impressed. To me, he came across as an honest, respectful man and I felt confident in hiring him to do this work for me. If I come across any other plumbing issues, I know who I'm going to call. Thank you, Jacob.

I had an amazing experience with Rooter Guy! Aaron was the plumber who came out, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I had leaking pipes, and he made sure everything was fixed properly. The company also worked with me every step of the way to make sure the repair was affordable and done right.

Router Guy is great! I used them previously for a large job with a leaking pipe through the wall, where they had to go into the wall to fix it. This time, I had clogged plumbing. They were very responsive. Eric showed up timely. He was very professional and friendly. The fixed the clog no problem (the plumber I had the day before said they couldn't unclog it and it would be 20 grand to fix!) He was great, and rooter guy seems to be consistently good. I only bothered getting another plumber because I couldn't remember who did my last work - that taught me a lesson! Rooter guy is now saved in my phone :) thanks for your help, your professionalism, kindness, and honesty.

I have a service contract with these folks as I have done business in the past with them. After the service I asked Chris about an idea I had to try and repair my sprinkler system, he asked if he could take a look at it, said I have a better idea how to repair this. Gave the go ahead and came back the nest day and ask me to wait 24 hrs. before pressurizing system so the joint on the dissimilar materials had time to properly cure. (PVC to copper) Said no problem I will do that. When I did pressure up system had a pin hole leak, called and was informed Chris was booked for rest of the week, could they send someone else out. Sure, no problem. Well Valentin showed up promptly this morning, made a few adjustments and I am back up and running. The great thing about this Company and their employees, no haggle, didn't try and charge me for additional service call!! Which a certain company with orange trucks would have stuck it to me. Great people and company to do business with.

By far the best plumbing experience we’ve had so far in Denver. They came out the same day, didn’t charge a visit fee and provided a competitive no-obligation quote. On top of that, Chris was fantastic to work with, super friendly and took the time to explain each step of the work prior to performing it. I truly feel like I better understand the inner workings of my house after having him out. Fixed our ice maker box, installed our pre-purchased whole house filter, and threw in a complimentary toilet pump replacement. We’ve had several different companies out recently, most far more expensive, one slightly cheaper, but this was the first appointment where I wasn’t handed a tablet with financing options pre-generated. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
