I contacted Les at DMC Services in the afternoon and he was at my house at 8:45 the next morning with a new furnace (mine was 37 years old and beyond fixing). By noon I had the old furnace completely removed and the new one installed and working. The quality of the work was very good with only a little pile of soot left on the floor. I was also very impressed that Les came out on Christmas eve and was able to finish the job so quickly as the house was getting cold.
