I decided to get a second opinion...that was Charles. He looked everything over and found a leak that was causing the problem...So, no new water heater needed... thus saving me $1000.00. After that I had him Check my water pressure and it was too high and could not able to adjust it...So, a new pressure Value...next I told him about my banging pipes and he corrected that problem. But before any of the work was done, he took the time to explain why the repairs were needed in simple terms (he did know that I had a background in physic and nuclear power) so I knew he was being truthful . I am writing this review because I feel he is honest...a person with integrity for a change, and a very high standard of work ethics. I say, "Sign me up." 5:15 pm: Keith shows up at my door with a new hot water heater. Keith is friendly, professional, answers my questions, and begins working once he finishes talking to me. 7:30 pm: Keith finishes, we review the work, and celebrate the restoration of our hot water. 8:30 pm: My kids take showers and go to bed. Finally, some peace and quiet. I sit down and enjoy a good Colorado IPA. This ended a lot better than it could have

"I woke up a very cold day to no heat. I called BullsEye and they sent someone over right away. Unfortunately, my furnace was beyond repair and required that I replace the unit. Went and got the parts and did it right then, working into the dark hours in the middle of winter. He came out the day that I called him, after all other companies in the area stated "nothing could be done". I would recommend him over and over and over again!
