My service company called on him (DJ) to look at a faucet and he said that further work was involved and wanted me to pay him extra. I said I would have to go through the service company. So I did do that, agreeing to pay him for what he said was more than normal wear and tear. For a month with me calling, the service company emailing and calling, nothing was done and he wouldn't answer the phone or come out to finish the job. I had another plumber go out finally and it was fixed within 30 minutes. It wasn't what the plumber said he was going to have to do at all. It was just a small job and it was normal wear and tear.

The man who replaced my water heater was very respectful . Came on time and did more than my expectations . Highly recommended

The technician that visited my home was very professional and polite. He was very fast and thorough and replaced my water heater in a little over an hour. I called Gold Rush two days prior and had a new water heater in no time! I would definitely call them again!

They did a great job, water heater works great with no issues.

Gold Rush improperly installed the wrong water heater which in total cost over $5000 to fix all the problems it created and to get the correct water heater installed. I was told by other plumbers the water heater they installed could become a fire hazard. Because of the improper installation the water heater leaked, causing mold. They did not get a permit to install the water heater which could have prevented damage, because the leak would have been detected the following day during the inspection. Gold Rush hired someone to mitigate the mold which did not mitigate all the mold and caused weeks delay in correcting the problem. We had to hire another reputable company to mitigate the mold at our expense. We then had to purchase the correct water heater, also at our expense. Gold Rush promised to buy back the original hot water heater they had installed. They took the original water heater and did not pay for it. Left boxes and ducting material in the garage, which I had to dispose of. The office and owner ignored emails, phone calls, voice mails and text messages. Even if Gold Rush is the lowest estimate or able to get to your work quickly, it may cost you much more and take much longer than you expect. I do not recommend you use them for any plumbing job.

Gold Rush was very responsive to my call and had the new water in the same afternoon. We were very pleased with the work and the price was fair. The service men were polite and efficient, too.

Dereck and his crew were very responsive. We were without hot water for 3 days and they were here about two hours after I called. This installation was in a tight enclosure and they were up to the task. Other installers wouldn't even attempt it. The pricing was great and I would highly recommend them. If I ever need any other plumbing repairs, they will be my first call!

I highly recommend Gold Rush Plumbing. Their pricing was highly competitive and their customer service was excellent. Every employee I encountered was polite and treated me with respect, even when I was asking a lot of questions. We had a couple of unexpected twists with the installation of our water heater (not the fault of Gold Rush) and they handled them quickly and went above and beyond with their customer service. Next time I need any plumbing work done, I will definitely call Gold Rush.

I was actually in a panic when I contacted Gold Rush. I had a workman from another company in my basement, who had just given me an outrageous price for a water heater replacement. I'm sorry I didn't get names, but EVERYONE that I spoke with from Gold Rush Plumbing was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. No other plumber in town for me! THANKS GOLD RUSH!!
