"Lucas was on time, he honored his contract entirely to exchange the water heater during our interaction. Lucas was very thorough with trouble shooting. In addition, Lucas was very prompt returning to our home to troubleshoot a manufacturer problem because the water heater was making a humming noise. Within a matter of 30 minutes he was able to analyze and discovered the burner assembly was defective. He contacted the manufacturer and he was observed to be an expert in resolving the replacement part which resulted in an immediate part replacement. Lucas was true professional and knowledgeable. He installed the part and the water heater works efficiently, it's wonderful. Thank you for helping a disabled veteran who truly trusted your expertise.
