He did a good job. But of course he didn’t do the estimate. That was done by Cory. A typical hourly rate for electrical work is $150 per hour and $200 even for emergency services. This wasn’t an emergency but even if we use that rate I should get a refund of $800.

We had used Heart a few years back, and they were pretty good. In 2024 we used them 2 times and very disappointed both times. It was not so much the service but very over priced. We then joined their yearly Service Deal, think we would get better service. But instead they would cancel or reschedule appts, or just not show up. I would not use them again. Merry Christmas

Michael was very polite. He was very informative. Even though we found nothing wrong with the plumbing I am glad we went with heart to narrow down what is causing the issue with my dishwasher.

Poor scheduling practices. My project that they did in 2022 has issues and they keep rescheduling me. Convenient way to get out of paying for what they did. Seems to me like they are not standing behind their work or warranty. Look elsewhere.

Did not show up at all. We scheduled a 5hour window and they did not arrive. We missed a day of work because we stayed home majority of the day waiting for the technician. We cancelled because we had to head out after waiting for 6.5hours! We had to contact them since we had not heard from anyone, so unfortunately, their customer service was not good. If they would have contacted us and advised our family they were behind schedule, then our rating and satisfaction would be different.

Very professional. They took the time to explain the water heater and what my house and family required. Fast installation by a truly professional team. No subcontractors, everything was handled in house. Highly recommend

top notch from all aspects I used Angi and Heart called me within 10 minutes. I think it was Jennifer who called and scheduled me. She listened to my request, explained services/products well, and got me scheduled for an appointment within 48 hours for an annual furnace inspection and tuning. I got a free membership for being a veteran which resulted in this entire job free! Marc Z is an awesome Technician. He was thorough, walking the exterior with me, all through the house, and even the attic as we discussed my concerns. He satisfied all my questions and concerns, and provided a range of options to consider outside the scope of annual servicing. I like that they take as little or as long as is necessary to meet their customer's satisfaction.
