I couldn't find a local plumber to make an after-hours emergency call for a gas line leak so I called Bill's Plumbing and Drain after seeing some positive reviews for them. They were very responsive and one of the owners came out the same evening. He was back the next morning with parts that were needed and completed the repair. They did an outstanding job and worked well with the gas company to get our gas utility quickly and safely operating once again. The price was also very reasonable for and emergency call.

Chris, the tech, left unfinished and he won't return my calls. the job Leaked. Needs attention. Chris won't return my calls. He won't come back to finish the job. Chris installed the upgrade to my shower including fixtures. He installed the fixtures upside down, with no hot water. The job took 3 days. No shower for those days. After Chris left, still no hot water. Therefore no shower, going on 6 days now. Chris won't return my calls. He did not rebuild all of the tiles he destroyed and did not finish up sealing the shower spout. Poor job. The office will not return my calls.

Bill's Plumbing has always been professional. I love that they give honest and reasonable quotes and will tell me when something is not urgent. They also honor their quote and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. They are great at giving preventative tips too. They advised us to choose one faucet brand over another because it would be cheaper and easier to repair in the future because replacement parts were more accessible.

Technician showed up on time. He installed part needed to provide the scald protection but the device failed to work correctly. Gentleman called his office and they sent another guy with a different scald protection device. Second device worked correctly. The whole job took about four hours but I was only billed for two hours (original time estimate was 1 to 2 hours). I was totally satisfied with the services provided. Also liked the second scald protection device better because it included a thermometer as part of the unit.

Replaced Kohler toilet that had design flaw and that they had tried to fix before. Provided estimate for new toilet which included a discount because of previous attempts to repair old, which I did not expect, so it was really appreciated. Explained why this toilet was recommended, and when I looked at estimate, it was very reasonably priced and had high ratings on-line. Scheduled date for installation, arrived on time (as always) installed the new and removed the old, explained features, asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up everything and even tried to remove caulk from where old toilet was. I call Bills Plumbing every time I need a plumber, they are honest, reliable, know how to diagnose and fix a problem and won't charge you an arm a leg or sell you what you don't need. I was given an estimate which accurately described the cost at the end of the work. I am pleased to say that the work has greatly improved access to our washing machine. Before the plumber arrived, the water pipes were in front of and too close to the washing machine. The old condensate drain ran across the floor in front of the washing machine and into a floor drain. Overall, the old configuration (before the plumber fixed it!) represented a trip hazard that needed to be addressed. All pipes have been relocated to an out-of-the-way area and the drain for the A/C condensate runs into a proper (new) drain. Thanks for the excellent service!

Arrived over an hour late. Receptionist said amount would be $120-$150 depending on where my line opened. As soon as they got here they informed me the line was too far from the main (literally across the street) so the total would be over $200. I don’t know why the receptionist can t say if it needs additional line there will be an additional cost but she didn’t. After service was performed I was told there was sludge in the line which couldn’t be cleaned out. Since I was paying for cleaning I do not understand what was cleaned then. So what did I just pay for? I would not recommend this service or this company.

"We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the service you received. We normally to tell our customers about the additional footage costing more if we need to add a drum. It is our normal practice and not sure how that info was missed. Our cables do clear out debris, tree roots and other obstructions but when sludge comes back (liquid form) the cable just churns it not pushing it through. So it was cleaned but sludge cannot be removed without high pressure jet clean which starts at $500 so we do our normal cleaning. Sorry again for the misunderstanding and not having enough info up front. We do try to give as much info as possible without seeing the property."

This is the first time I've used Bill's Plumbing & Drain. Robert and his apprentice were on time and efficient and did a fantastic job. Robert did a good job of explaining things, had some helpful suggestions as well and did a good job of cleaning up the job site. Communication was good from the start of the project with Mindy and the entire job ran very smooth. Will definitely use again.

Hired Bill's plumbing to remove and replace two leaking faucets feeding the sprinkler system on a house built in the 80s. Nick arrived and was personable and professional. He completed the job in short order and upgraded the old faucets to proper plumbing. No leaks and great work considering small space and previous inefficient plumbing. Thanks

BJ was outstanding. Very professional and talented. He called to say when he'd arrive. The old water heater was out and the new one with expansion tank was working in less than two hours. BJ is a very personable individual who answered all our many questions. I'd recommend him and this company to anyone.
