Ms. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback. In reviewing more about the history of this call, I have learned that we were not able to proceed with your project due to a number of reasons. By the way, we do appreciate all of your patience on the calls. You were always very polite and patient. I am so sorry. :( I feel terrible about your experience. 1. Plans that were provided by you were not stamped/approved by Pikes Peak Regional Department. We cannot proceed with performing work that has not been approved by Regional Building Department. 2. Due to issues beyond our control, we did not have the appropriate man power to perform this remodel project due to emergencies and/or illnesses on our team that had to be addressed. 3. Code concerns about the overall project. It was finally decided that this project would not be something that we would be able to tackle in a timely manner for you which is when we notified you of this update. I do understand your frustration with the timeliness of our office staff notifying you of these updates. Unfortunately, we were working with Pikes Peak Regional Building Department to gain insight on a few of the items which resulted in a delay on our side. I certainly apologize for the errors and I am working with our staff to ensure this does not happen in the future. We do appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and we apologize that we fell short of your expectations. We take this feedback very seriously and will actively work to improve our processes. Thank you for the time to discuss this further with me this morning. I will you all the best of luck with your project going forward. (member name removed), We are very sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with your project. As I stated on the phone BullsEye takes its customers satisfaction very seriously. I am pleased to inform you that any work performed by BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air is covered under one of the industry’s top warranties. BullsEye would be more than happy to return to your home and make sure that you are completely satisfied with your project. In addition I would like to help you with some possible confusion, you may be unaware that the project you are undertaking is not a plumbing project and is not included in the scope of a plumbing license. The project is actually considered an "excavation project". The scope of work is to install a sump pit and perimeter drain to remove water from around your foundation. It may please you to know we are fully licensed and insured in this form of work as well. As for your new contractor, I do not find any license for excavation listed for them? I would be very careful when dealing with contractors that bad mouth other companies when they may not even hold the license required to do the work they are commenting on. With that said their bad form is not your fault nor is it your problem. I would still like to hold out to you our offer to come back and correct any unsatisfactory work at no additional cost. (Covered under warranty) It is my opinion the true mark of a company is not how issues are handled when things are going well, but rather how situations are corrected when things get difficult. We stand behind our work and reputation. We would welcome the opportunity to serve you further in this matter. If you decide against our offer we wish you the very best of luck in the future.
