Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
Hired Bullseye plumbing to come install a water filter we had purchased for our hot water dispenser in our kitchen sink. During the appointment, it was discovered that our hot water dispenser should've been connected to another line, they offered to connect to the cold water line for an additional charge and I agreed. 1 hour of work and $480 later the job was finished and they left. When I came home from work my wife mentioned how the water pressure from our kitchen faucet had significantly decreased. I called the technician back and he mentioned that he had noticed that too, and that for an additional charge he can come back and fix it. After spending that amount of money for an hours work and then to be left with a slow running faucet I am not happy. Water pressure was fine before work was done, if he recognized a problem was created with whatever he did he should have fixed it before leaving me to discover something was wrong. We had a simple leak under the bathroom sink from the nut that goes to the pop up assembly. My husband had already replaced all of the pipes. We paid a $68 service fee for them to show up. They quoted us a ridiculous amount of $430.68 for the part and 2 hours of labor. I promptly told them to get out of my house. My husband bought the part the next day for $20. He then took everything apart which took 10 minutes. He installed the new pop up assembly in about 30 minutes. This company is nothing but a rip off. BEWARE

I woke up a very cold day to no heat. I called BullsEye and they sent someone over right away. Unfortunately, my furnace was beyond repair and required that I replace the unit. I decided to seek replacements for my water heater and adding air conditioning for the summer. They quickly provided me with a quote, provided some space heaters for me overnight until the next day when they could get the furnace installed for me. The technicians were very helpful and kind. They took great care of ensuring my little dog stayed inside and didn't get let out. I would highly recommend BullsEye to any family or friends. Great people offerings great services!

Bullseye did a super job in replacing my old water heater which sprung a leak on a Sunday! They came out and quickly removed the old and replaced the new water heater.

Plumber was within the time window agreed, laid out the service actions, costs and what plan b would be in plan a did not work before starting. Turns out he was able to unclog the line with about 40 ft of snake line and was no need for further work or charges. Plumber was polity and communicated well.

The last provider did a horrible job and there was flooding on my hardwood floors. BullsEye fixed it and did a wonderful job. They sent one plumber, Royce, and he was professional. I had replaced the flapper on the toilet and he also fixed that for me at no charge, even after I insisted on paying. It took him about 45 minutes and he was very timely and communicative.

buyer beware! In my opinion and the opinion of the plumber I had come out and make fixes the job was very poorly done - and not inspected afterwards for quality.

In addition I would like to help you with some possible confusion, you may be unaware that the project you are undertaking is not a plumbing project and is not included in the scope of a plumbing license. The project is actually considered an "excavation project". The scope of work is to install a sump pit and perimeter drain to remove water from around your foundation. It may please you to know we are fully licensed and insured in this form of work as well. As for your new contractor, I do not find any license for excavation listed for them? I would be very careful when dealing with contractors that bad mouth other companies when they may not even hold the license required to do the work they are commenting on. With that said their bad form is not your fault nor is it your problem. I would still like to hold out to you our offer to come back and correct any unsatisfactory work at no additional cost. (Covered under warranty) It is my opinion the true mark of a company is not how issues are handled when things are going well, but rather how situations are corrected when things get difficult. I have used Bulls Eye on three different occasions to scope the sewer lines in properties I have bought. They are reasonable, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.
On one job they wanted to make sure they had look at all the lines and in addition to an outside clean out went into the house and lifted off a toilet to double check. That was very good luck for us because there was a break in the toilet drain, which necessitated replacing part of the line, which was paid for by the seller.
Jeff, one of there techs is very good, but all the other guys we have had are also top notch.

Bullseye Plumbing came out on a very cold, windy January day to clean out and scope the sewer pipes on a house we were getting ready to buy. He did a great job even in the bitter cold. (all work was done from a sewer access outside). He was efficient, quick and provided us with a clear view of the conditions in the pipes and recommendations for future care of the pipes. Excellent service! The tech spent several hours troubleshooting the exact cause of why unit would not cool properly. Tech also gave heating and humidifier units a very thorough inspection and cleaning. Outstanding attention to detail!

My experience with them has been good. They would take the time to troubleshoot the problem and give me advice on what I could do in the future to take care of that problem. The good thing is they really cleaned up after themselves. They didn't make up a bigger mess. I get different people with different answers every time they come over.
