Courteous, professional and definite craftsman. If you want your kitchen countertops prepped and installed correctly you should contact J.T. Marble & Granite Designs. I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. Professional, timely, communicates really well. Iâ ve worked with a handful of other fabricators and this was by far the best experience. A bit pricier than others but worth it. My project had complicated cuts and measurements and they exceeded expectations. Jimmy and Pako were easy to work with and produced great results. Their crew was courteous and treated my home with respect. Highly recommended.

I have used JT Marble & Designs for many projects. I am always completely satisfied with his work, and his team. He has a great supply of remnants which is nice, and I recommend him highly.

The original 1/2 slab looked defective to me and Jimmy's workers took it out. He searched everywhere to find another piece that was the right color and design and he finally found it. I loved the fact they had left over pieces to choose from as I did not need a full slab. Paco did a wonderful job, came with pictures of what finishes could be done our around my window. Service was done quickly. Jimmy had a fast response to my first post for help. I would definitely recommend them.

He was very helpful since this is an old house. The first problem was when the job was finished, the sink came apart from the counter because it was not supported properly to begin with. They responded to that quickly and fixed it but it should have not happened in the first place! While the backsplash was being installed, the head installer, Paco was having a screaming tantrum on phone in front of my partner. I feel like he was not focusing on his work. When the owner jimmy was contacted the 2nd time regarding our concern, It took him a while to get back to us.

Our adventure started on a Saturday. I went on Homeadvisor and asked for quotes. Jimmy responded in a couple of hours and other guy a couple of days. I sent the two a drawing I made of the kitchen cabinet layout and got pricing. Jimmy was a couple of dollars less expensive, which didn't sway us, it was his reviews that did it. They turned out to be all true. From there we picked out our granite at Arizona Tile, Desert Canyon. Jimmy provided us his price with his discount which was much cheaper then if we purchased on our own. The manager at Arizona even recommended Jimmy and knew him well. After the cabinets were installed Jimmy sent his guys out to make the temples. We met Jimmy at Arizona and picked out the two slabs of granite that we wanted, great experience. At all times Jimmy stayed in touch and followed our progression of cabinet removal, installation etc., Jimmy provided tile tear out and disposal of the old tile. He was always just a call away and answered all our questions etc. and kept to my schedule, which made things go very smoothly. I went to his shop and meant the guys, Daniel does the cutting, excellent man, very experienced. Paco runs the shop and installation. All Jimmy's personnel were kind, considerate, cleaned up behind themselves and spoke excellent English by the way. They installed the countertops one day and took templates of the backsplashes, ours runs full to bottom of upper cabinets. Within 3 to 4 days they came and installed the backsplashes in one day, without problems. Again great crew!. Especially Louis!! (my wife nicknamed him Al (Artist Louis). A couple of days later Jimmy came to inspect and Paco polished out one seam and applied the sealer. Once again everything went off without a hitch. Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and granite countertops. Our experience was great from the removal, install of cabinets to the countertops. At no time did we feel we weren't being taken care of and Jimmy was so helpful and so responsive at all times, as I did bug him a lot. We went from old to new in about 2.5 weeks total, everything right on schedule. Only without a sink for about 8 days, nice. Thank you Jimmy, Daniel, Paco, Louis and the rest of the crew for delivering on everything promised. We have the most beautiful kitchen with ever. You all should be proud of your craftsmanship, skill and professionalism.

Very professional and exquisite workmanship

Jim and his crew Paco, Louis and three other men were marvelous! The countertops look beautiful. Construction took two days and they swept and cleaned up each day, which many other contractors don't do. Jim was very communicative and his quote was accurate and very competitive. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. Highly recommended!

I am extremely pleased with J.T. Marble they came through on everything. James is honest and doesn't pressure you into decisions and I appreciate that most of all. Above all they were available for all my questions through text or phone call. Professional throughout the whole process and very courtesy to let me know ahead of time that they would be arriving late. Even though it was only one time nonetheless they are reliable. Starting from picking out the slab; the measurements; and to the final installation of the kitchen island countertop (quartz) is remarkable and would not have been possible if it had not been for the collaboration of James, Paco, Louis, and the rest of the team. The island countertop permeates the quality of work clearly it is absolutely the most stunning which happens to be my favorite part in the kitchen.

He was not always quick to respond to texts or emails when I had concerns during the process but we were able to work through it. The installers were very professional and respectful and did a wonderful job. The only issue I really had was the lack of communication for the scheduling of the installation of both the countertops and backsplash. I didn't really know when someone was planning on being at my house to do work until the day before. But, overall, it was a good experience and I would certainly use them again.

I needed new granite on a kitchen island and Jimmy delivered and installed a new piece in less than a week at a fair price. The installers were efficient and took extra time to be sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Most importantly the new island looks fantastic!

I find it so seldom when doing work on the house that you find a company that delivers on all fronts. Jimmy was upfront about costs, easy to work with, flexible to my schedule and crazy knowledgeable about what we needed and the best way to achieve the look we wanted. His crew, Paco and Louis delivered on time even though we gave them a tight window to complete the work and just good people. The craftsmanship and care for the work was present throughout the whole process. I don t typically write reviews but compelled to let others know what a great experience we had with JT granite and marble.
