"I had heard that this company was the best and were professional arborists so I braced myself for the estimate. Other less trained companies had come and estimated the job around $1000. The representative looked at the trees and told me that my gardener had been doing a good job pruning, and that it would be best to let him continue, and wait another year. He was interested in protecting the health of the trees, not just a quick profit like other companies had been. This is the sign of a true professional. When the trees get overgrown, I will only contact them."

"Bailey Tree Company was awesome. They showed up right on time and started working. The arborists were professional, courteous and safe. They trimmed three trees in the front of my house and took down 2 big trees in my back yard. Nothing was damaged and they cleaned everything up afterwards. The yard and side yard look even better than before they started. I should also mention the staff at the office. They kept me up to date with everything going on regarding my appointment (weather issues). They were always available and took my payment over the phone once the job was completed. They were the nicest people I have spoken to on the phone. Best thing... the price was the best quote I received after calling multiple companies. "The park uses them. I needed an arborists. Someone to trim the trees properly. They did an excellent job too. The squirrels cant walk onto my roof, from climbing on the trees anymore. The water we had last year, gave the Redwoods to start growing again. They are really beautiful, but this is really getting too close to the house. I am very happy with them too. They are higher than most people, but they are arborists, and they are more than an tree trimming company. The gentlemen, the boss, I am not sure if he was the boss, came, and I told him what I had wanted done. The crew came yesterday to actually do the work. They were two hours early. The heat, they were short handed too,and was trying to get it done. They did a really good job. I am being very generous. They did such a good job. When the guy came out, I was anticipating $1000 doing all this, because the arborists they just do the job better. He said it was just $250, oh, ok. I was surprised. It only took an hour, but still I was surprised. I was very pleased it wasn't anymore. Very prompt, excellent job. They were very punctual. They were very professional. They cleaned everything up. My backyard looks better now, than before they got here."

"Hired Salvadore as a landscaper as we didn't just want a mow/blow service. I only saw Salvadore once and he never returned my calls. In the second week they killed the lawn on both sides of the walkway to the front door which was fine before they started. Also, we were told our sprinklers would be repaired but not one of two broken ever were repaired. If you want a mediocre mow/blow then this is your guy. However, if you want a good landscaper and someone to return your calls...beware"
