They used professional equipment to complete the tree removal and stump grinding efficiently. Whether we were talking before the work started or during the job, they were always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived around 8:15 a.m. and completed the entire project by approximately 1:00 p.m. After removing the trees and grinding the stumps, they thoroughly cleaned the work area. They also repaired my fence after finishing the job, as they had needed to open it to access and remove a tree in the backyard. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail. "I called as soon as the tree fell, as it was hanging over a fence and over my neighbors swimming pool. I got the voice mail recorder and left a message expressing the urgency of the situation. Within 15 minutes I received a call back. They were at my house within an hour. They cut up the tree and removed it from my property, first asking if I wanted any wood from the tree. I did not, so it was disposed of. They also cleaned the leaves from my neighbors pool. Fortunately there was no real damage to the fence. (Thank goodness it was a fairly new fence, or it would not have withstood the force of the tree falling on it.) They returned the next day to get rid of the tree stump. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site perfectly. Polite, efficient and timely, what more could you ask for from anyone! I will be having them do more work for me at the first of next year. I highly recommend this company!
