They were great. They removed it all and cleaned up everything. They were very professional and on time. They were quick to help.

I obtained 8 bids for the work. Jeannette Bell provided a fair bid and promptly provided proof of liability and workers' comp insurance. (There was one lower bid, but the company did not have the experience necessary for this difficult job and did not provide proof of insurance.) Jeannette and her team were friendly and professional in their engagement with me and my neighbor (who helped by providing access to the tree from his driveway). They accommodated scheduling issues and thoroughly cleaned up the space at the end of each of the four work days I highly recommend this company.

Jeannette came out to look at the work and give me an estimate. We walked through the yard and I pointed out a number of dead and dying tree for removal and explained how I needed the tree limbs hanging over the driveway trimmed up. I also pointed out several large bushes which needed trimming and shaping. She provided me with an estimate and gave me a $200 discount. On the day of the work the crew showed up on time. The crew chief discussed the estimate with me to insure they would be doing what was agreed upon. Miguel (crew chief) was friendly. helpful and professional. Everyone in the crew was friendly and professional. They completed the work to my satisfaction and left the yard clean.

Jeannette Bell came to give me a price on the job. She is so great to work with as I have had her company do many other jobs in the past. The crew showed up right on time. We went over the job. They answered all my questions in detail. I always feel that they really want to do a good job for me and they do. I highly recommend this company!

Outstanding job, I would hire Bell again in a heart-beat!!

We needed a tree stump removed, about 9" diameter and 9" tall, with many larger roots involved. Played phone tag a couple of times but connected shortly with the owner and she gave me a quote over the phone and was able to dispatch a team within the hour! I was glad to get the project done that quickly. Small crew with a stump grinder, plywood barrier protection and a few hand tools. This is the third time I have called upon Bell and I will use them again for sure!

I was very pleased with the performance of this company, which was also the lowest bidder. They arrived early one morning (about 7:00 am) and they, and everything involved (tree, stump, misc. debris), was out of there by 11:00 am. They were courteous and made a much appreciated effort to protect our home from damage, or being covered with debris. I would use them again.

Fantastic arrived on time, and everyone was a professional even the worker who cleaned up all the leaves and branches. The workers were all very skilled removed tree without needing to bother my next door neighbor except to clean up his yard at the end. Checked with me if the clean up was to my liking and also checked with my to see neighbor if he was satisfied with the clean up in his yard. Want to emphasize again how professional I found everyone, from the person that came to give the estimate to the cleanup crew. The person who gave the estimate knew what permits we needed and had a good knowledge of the laws for removing a valley oak. Very happy with Bells Tree service they do great work at a resonable price best of four estmates.

Great. Crew was punctual, professional, and nice. Owner/manager checked in through the day to see progress. I was impressed with the work pace. Although they pushed through to finish in one day, they stayed as late as needed to thoroughly clean up afterwards. Would definitely use again.

Everything went quite well. The workers were very kind, took pictures of the site for me. They were very thorough--they checked for my approval as they were working. After the job was completed, the area was left very clean. I would use them again for another job.

The price was more than I wanted to pay. They had done work for me in the past and the work was always good. This time, the work was so so and they managed to break my sprinkler system and they didn't bother to fix that. I had talked to them about doing additional work, I want to replace the sod in my back yard and the sprinkler system too and I haven't been able to get anyone to call me back about that. The leader of their group came out, they did measure the yard and she said she would give me a call with an estimate and they never called. I just called a few days ago and still no one has called me back. The work was so so, they dragged the bush trimmings and the tree limbs out and managed to damage some of the paint on the side of my house. So it was just not quality work. I was disappointed with them this time. The pricing was way too much for what they do. I knew their price was kind of high, but their quality of work was much better in the past. They did show up when they said they would. Initially their work was supposed to take two days, but what I saw happening was them rushing through their work in one day and that's why the quality of it wasn't so good. They talked pretty good about what they were going to do. But it's a matter of doing the work, that's what it comes down to. Everybody was fine, there was no one that was rude or anything. I was about to get online and write some comments about them. To me, when you say you're going to call someone and say you're going to give them an estimate and you don't, and then I've called and said I was waiting on an estimate. I never got a call back and it's been about a week, I still haven't heard a thing. I need the work done, so I've got someone else to give me an estimate next week. I don't think I'll ever be doing anything with them again in the future.

Great job. Fast and cleaned up.

The crew showed up 30 minutes early , reviewed what I wanted done, and went to work. A team of 3, each working and helping one another until the job was finished. There was a lot of dead wood and they did a great job cleaning up, too.

The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The tree was safely felled away from the house and then chopped up using chain saws. The stump was ground down below the ground, so it is no longer visible. The branches and trunk were completely removed from my yard. The area was completely cleaned so someone could not even tell that a tree had been there. I would definitely hire them again. Finally, their price was one-third of another Angie's list tree service I obtained a quote from, which was nice.

Called in morning they were able to provide same day service. Limb came down night before. Very neat & professional. Reasonable price.

Great. On time crew of three that worked their tails off and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They even manually hacked the dingleberries out of the original tree stump to remove it because the borer couldn't be be put in the all space behind the retaining wall (3-4 feet deep). Like I said, bad landscaping choices. Lots of dead and dying trees and stumps removed.

Jeanette Bell, the owner, came out and gave me what I considered a really reasonable quote for a difficult job. Her crew came out a couple of days later exactly on time. I was concerned about the weather because it was raining lightly and the ground in the back yard had been cleared of debris earlier so it was basically mud but the crew assured me they would be okay. I couldn't believe how quickly they brought down that huge tree, removing all the limbs, trunk and leaves as they went. Then they ground the stump and it looked like the tree had never been there. It was amazing and so were they! The yard was once again clean and the tree was gone.
