"I had heard that this company was the best and were professional arborists so I braced myself for the estimate. Other less trained companies had come and estimated the job around $1000. The representative looked at the trees and told me that my gardener had been doing a good job pruning, and that it would be best to let him continue, and wait another year. He was interested in protecting the health of the trees, not just a quick profit like other companies had been. This is the sign of a true professional. When the trees get overgrown, I will only contact them."

"Bailey Tree Company was awesome. They showed up right on time and started working. The arborists were professional, courteous and safe. They trimmed three trees in the front of my house and took down 2 big trees in my back yard. Nothing was damaged and they cleaned everything up afterwards. The yard and side yard look even better than before they started. I should also mention the staff at the office. They kept me up to date with everything going on regarding my appointment (weather issues). They were always available and took my payment over the phone once the job was completed. They were the nicest people I have spoken to on the phone. Best thing... the price was the best quote I received after calling multiple companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for tree services. The money is not their priority. The satisfaction of the customer is what matters to them. "Highly recommend Acorn!!  Years ago, I used them when they were connected to Kemper and they always did great work. Then, a few years ago, I needed some basic pruning done and used someone who said they were an arborist and they ended up hacking my trees (pruned everything with a chain saw and left the trimmings). I joined Angie's list and looked up arborist and found Acorn. Jay came out to assess my needs and gave me an estimate. I booked the appt and his crew showed up promptly (even a little before schedule!) and there was an arborist on his team and 2 helpers. All very nice, knowledgeable men. Jay showed up to go over everything and he did the pruning of my nectarine.  My trees look amazing and healthy and I'm extremely happy with their work! They left everything very clean and even used the blower to make it cleaner than when they arrived. I seriously can't stop looking at the trees, because they way they pruned them is miles above what anyone else would have done. I can't thank you enough!!

"He removed 2 trees (crape myrtle and burch) and a couple of bushes. He did everything I asked him to do and they did a great job. There was a crew of 4 techs and they were at the home for a couple of hours. I asked them to save the wood and they stacked it up nicely for me."

In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. I could see they all worked hard to get the job done (and there was a lot to do). I wasn't able to engage with Joe as much, but when I spoke with Eric, he was informative, patient, and thorough in his occupational execution as well. Did a good job cleaning up too! I greatly appreciate their service, and here's another thing on my check list I can mark off and be relieved about!"
