"The owner, Holden, is extremely unresponsive and I discovered that he'd been lying to me about part availability for 4 MONTHS. I've only needed a garage door keypad that was promised me upon installation of my new door and openers. After 4 months of attempting to communicate with Holden via email, text, phone and voicemail, he was extremely unresponsive. He even made an appointment for the keypad and ghosted me when the tech was supposed to arrive - i was calling and texting to see what happened and he ignored me. He finally responded after I contacted him through ALL methods available and threatened to leave this negative review. He said he'd order the part like 6 weeks ago and he's ghosting me again after stating in email that he would have the keypad installed for free (yes I have Holden's words on this in email as he will say otherwise if asked - he can't produce any documentation to back himself up.) I went to LiftMaster and they have plenty of keypad options compatible with my opener. Holden has lied to me about keypad availability, he's untrustworthy, unresponsive and unaccountable, which are all accurate descriptions of Holden - the CEO."
