Great great experience!!! Came same day and got my 32 year old unit repaired and cleaned for a fraction on what the big boys charge. Pump wouldnâ t come on â ¦.electrical issue due to age. He installed our central air system I am completely happy with it, itâ s clean, cool and performs well in each area of the house- itâ s well balanced. Heâ s very responsive to text messages and phone calls and he does what he says heâ s going to do. He also made recommendations for us to save money and not spend on things that weâ re not needed and found his advice to be very helpful and valuable . Stephan is also just a nice person and pleasant to talk with. I would recommend his work to anybody who wants value for their money and someone who does what they say theyâ re going to do.

My 64 year old forced air furnace and heating system was functioning poorly and long overdue for replacement. Stephen Teuton was recommended to me by a friend, so I requested a site survey. After taking a number of measurements and running several calculations, Stephen determined that the original system had undersized return ducts, inadequate filtration, a standing pilot light, and was powered from an undersized electrical circuit. Stephen designed and installed a modern heating system, which includes two new ceiling mounted air returns and a relocated thermostat. I have sensitive hearing, but this new system is so quiet in operation that I have no issues sleeping. Stephen arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and thoroughly explained the operation of the new thermostat. First Class Heating and Cooling lives up to itâ s name â Stephen truly does excellent work.

We worked with Stephen following a failure of our AC unit, which had caused some water damage in the walls and ceiling below the HVAC unit. During that remediation project, we worked with several other contractors (e.g., drywalling, painting, etc.) and Stephen was, hands down, the most professional and pleasant of the bunch. He was transparent and fair in his pricing, was responsive to our concerns and our schedule, and was a a real pro when it came to explaining the issues and the associated fixes and fees. Stephen even took our calls with follow up questions while he was on a hiking trip out of state. He was a breath of fresh air following our experience with the first HVAC contractor we worked with on the same project. That contractor charged more than they initially claimed they would, and didn't really fix the issue. We brought Stephen in to diagnose and address the issues that they missed, and he caught every one of them. Our system is back up and running like it was before the failure. Stephen's got our HVAC business as long as he's doing it. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Split System repair. I had been informed prior to hiring First Class Heating & Cooling that I would have to replace my entire system. This was not the case. First Class came out, checked out the system, made some adjustments and ordered a replacement pump. Very professional and honest company. I am happy to sign a bi-yearly maintenance contract with First Class Heating & Cooling Inc.

Steve had the best price with a 10 yr warranty to replace my two A/C and heating systems. He did not try to upsell me to more costly A/C units as they were not cost effective for my use and that I have a major solar system. He was on time, estimated a 3 or 4 day job and completed it in effectively 3 days. He was very easy to work with and took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. I can not say enough good things about him. First Class Heating and Cooling clearly exceed their name.

We're happy with the results. He came out to fix our ducting so that each duct had its own diverter and thus we could adjust each duct accordingly based on what each area of the house needed.
