Had to have them come out to take replace an old roof on a condo and they found some substantial subroof damage that they were able to fix same day at a very reasonable price. I actually got quotes from two other roofers. I went with Edgar because not only was I quoted a reasonable price but he seemed really knowledgeable and didn’t seem like he was trying to up sell. I was so pleased with the way my roof turned out. It improved the entire appearance of my home. I was so happy with his work that I even had him come back and paint the fascia of my house. Great company to work with. The owner Steve was very professional, and attentive to all my roofing needs. His workers are hard working individuals and very meticulous. The tear down took 3.5 hours. That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. What a awesome job they did. I was so blown away how efficiently they worked and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Roofs. They are a perfect 10 in my book or a 5 Star company. They are a force to be reckoned with.
