We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. The system is 20 years old so it wasnâ t a complete surprise although we had hoped to put off replacing them for about 1-2 years. The technician/ inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in showing us pictures of the worn, damaged furnaces (2). He explained the options for repairs and replacement as well as pricing considerations. In the end we decided to have them install 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pumps to replace our old AC units. The installation was scheduled and completed within a short time frame and done with as little disruption to our home and family as possible. Efficient and neat in their work, I can happily recommend Same Day Heating and AC. I am very reassured knowing that my furnaces and heat pumps can effectively and safely heat and cool our home for our family. Peace of mind is priceless when it comes to protecting your family.

We are very happy with our mini-duct system, which we have in two rooms. My daughter, in particular, sleeps much better now. The other cassette is in a bedroom central enough to dehumidify and cool off the front of the house. I am so glad that the installation was so prompt, so that we could begin to enjoy its benefits right away. Everything was well explained afterwards, so the permit process went smoothly.

The estimate and consultation experience was top notch. I will submit a follow-up detailed review after the install. Happy so far with this vendor.

Install was not completed, but, I did not know. Had a question and salesperson did not answer. When I called to ask about cold air escaping from unit I found out they did not finish, needed a part, and I should not use my furnace. No one communicated this to me until I called them. Waiting for a part!

Quick, efficient, personal.

Following an Emergency Service response from SDG&E, and the shut down of all gas service. Same Day came out, found the critical problem. Explained the damage to the firebox, and installed a new furnace within three days. Their Technicians did an outstanding job. In addition the support from their customer service people in the office was exemplary.

Forced Air Heater had just stop working. Sean was very thorough, understanding and efficient. When he left, I had a working heater. He kept me informed along the way. The person taking my call was polite and made be feel my problem was important.

Tech was very creative in working with the very old equipment in my home in order to get to a solution today. Parts are to be ordered, but the issue was resolved today, with money due only once parts arrive and are installed.

No muss no fuss, Rich the installer was polite, professional, and got the work done in quick fashion. He communicated each step of the way, making sure to test the install to our satisfaction before calling the job complete. Would absolutely call this company for future work.

If I could come up with words to adequately convey the impression I have about Same Day Heating & Air, my review would appear to have been written by their own PR company. I feel as if I was treated as honestly and as well as I would have been if I was the owner of Same Day. The maintenance and repair work was only done two days ago, so time will tell about that. But I'm 100% confident that they did a great job, and 100% confident that if I have any problems or complaints, they'll take care of them to my satisfaction. I'd give them 10 stars -- on a scale of 1-5.

Courteous, safety conscious, rapid response, quick service, did a real fine job

Sean is GREAT !!! He is very professional, kind and wonderful. I am impressed with the quick response with this company. My only suggestion is that, at the time the person responded to make an appt, she should notify the client that although the technician will provide a free quote, there is a fee when the technician comes to the house. It is a non event for us since we hired the technician.

Same Day provided a bid on a system that perfectly fit my needs. The removal of the existing older system was not easy as they had to disassemble it to get it out of the attic, but Troy did an excellent job. The install of the new A/C and furnace system was done professionally and competently. Troy walked me through all of the new components, set the Nest WiFi thermostat, and made sure everything was operating efficiently. I'm very pleased.

Shaun competently and thoroughly checked the AC system in the 3-story townhouse that was vacant for more than 5 years. . It has been a week and I m satisfied with how good the AC has been functioning . Shaun also installed a Nest thermostat and solved my concern of not repainting around the device by placing a nice plate . Thank you ... I ll rehire them again
