It's stressful enough to look for this type of work. But I'm glad I went with Blue Planet. Yukio T. Was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what could possibly be the problem. He replaced a part and ever since...... my problem doesn't seem to exist anymore. I appreciate the work Yukio did. I was worried about an outside leak, and he came right away. He answered all my questions and gave me the best options to consider. He is well experienced. The job he did, you can tell he spent time to do everything very carefully. I wasn't able to be there so he sent me photos of how the job was and the final work. When I arrived home I was very pleased with the job. You can tell right when you meet him he is trustworthy and an expert. Thank you Yukio!
