I appreciate the work Yukio did. I was worried about an outside leak, and he came right away. He answered all my questions and gave me the best options to consider. He is well experienced. The job he did, you can tell he spent time to do everything very carefully. I wasn't able to be there so he sent me photos of how the job was and the final work.
