"Every once in awhile a service provider goes so far above and beyond it's hard for people to believe. Their first trip to the house to pump out the septic I couldn't find the tank. No charge. Blake, one of the founders, came out again and pumped our tank. As he was preparing to leave he heard what sounded like something dropping into the tank. It was our old partially blind Gorgi.
