Our water heater stopped working. I called Rescue Rooter to take a look. The guy was there for 30 seconds and said it was dead. He said he turned off the water to the heater. But he actually turned off the water to the house. I call RR back. Another guy came out and got te water back on. But the next day it would not work again. No water. I called RR for a 3rd time....and they refused to come turn on the water...unless I paid another $250! What a bunch of ripoffs and criminals! THATS ILLEGAL FOLKS! These crooks have a 30 day guarantee to get the work done. They took one day to screw up our lives and charged me $99....and wouldn't fix their own mistake. Don't make the same mistake I made by calling Rescue Rooter. What a nightmare!!

These people are very unprofessional. After confirming appointment, the technician wanted to reschedule because he doesn't have the right tool for the job. I called their office to insist on the appointment and send someone else. Their dispatch person , Zenita, called me back ,but of no help. She's unapologetic, high-strung and arrogant, instead blaming me for declining their rescheduling offer. They're totally not customer-oriented.

ARS Rescue Rooters behavior today was disgusting, and I will never use their services again (after 6 years as a loyal customer). I paid them to replace my garbage disposal in late July 2020. 1 year and 4 months later, this garbage disposal makes a very weak motor sound and then turns off after a couple seconds-- which caused my kitchen drain to clog. According to Friday,; the unprofessional representative who discussed this issue with me, it is past the warranty period and they simply do not care that they are losing my business for potentially decades to come. How does a place like this stay in business? The unprofessional tech who originally installed this new garbage disposal is the same one who showed up today-- backing away from my house while I was still on hold. I waited 4 days for this appointment after my original time was rescheduled, but ARS Rescue Rooter does not care. I hope they enjoy yet another bad review-- 2 1/2 stars overall, how impressive. I found another plumber that came the same day that fix the problem for half the price they quoted!!!

Erick Lanier, Mike Ashford, Gabe, and Chris DeWitt were the crew that came out to replace my new furnace and AC unit. I canâ t sau enough hoq professional they were, job site was clean after they were done. What impressed us most was Erick, who took our concerns very seriously and worked hard to address them all. I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. Very neat install. So happy I selected this company. I learned my lesson about hiring a good old retired? Guy, never again. I am very satisfied with ARSrescue

ARS has worked for me for over ten years at my various homes and businesses and has always been prompt, competent and friendly!

The technician was not familiar with my Bosch thankless water heater. This is not unusual. I have not found anyone in San Diego who knows how to repair the unit. Most companies will send out someone even if they have no experience working on the Bosch heater.

This is the 3rd time the ARS has come to take care of plumbing issues at my house. 3 different techs, and they have all been great! Great professional service and fair prices,. I have an 81 year old house, so when, not if, I have a plumbing issue I will call ARS as I am very happy with the service they have provided me!

The Plumber was careful and took much pride in his work. The job entailed opening up a hole in the wall to get to the leaking pipe. The Plumber took great care in how he cut the hole so it would be easy to repair the wall in a way that you can't tell the wall was cut open. While performing the repair, he was quick and complete. No more leaks. This was an emergency repair on a Saturday night and he did the repair with a great attitude. I would call them again for any plumbing work.

We have used ARS for years because their service is excellent, as it was today. Hot water heater was leaking when we woke up. We called ARS at 7 AM. At 10 the plumber was here and found we needed a new heater. By 5 the new one was installed and working well. Very satisfied!!
