Our project consisted of updating 25 year old kitchen, enclosing our patio overhang into a California room and laminate wood plank flooring. After interviewing a number of contractors that walked in wanting wallet open and wanting $10,000 up front to discuss our ideas. Anderson walked in with vision, suggestions, ideas and many satisfied clients. We were listened to and offered advice. Even after adjusting our scope, the Anderson team came in to get the job done with 110% effort. We now have a professional kitchen (new countertops, appliances, glass tile backsplash) that looks out into the most GORGEOUS California room (walls, windows, 10 ft slider and laminate flooring). All of this was done for at least one third of the price quoted by other contractors! We would definitely use Anderson for any additional work around our home. Highly recommend! Happy clients are the best confirmation of the quality of service!"

"The quality of the final product was good, although I had to stay constantly involved in the project and continually catch mistakes the project manager missed. Our project was supposed to take 6 weeks and ended up taking 13 weeks to complete. We were return customers having used RemodelWorks for another bathroom remodel earlier in the year, but we felt as if rather than rewarding us for our loyalty to them, we became the absolute last priority for them. Early in the project our project manager got a job at another company and our project began falling behind schedule soon after we were assigned a new PM. Rather than working extra to catch up RemodelWorks went with the opposite strategy and would send workers out 2-3 days a week to work on our bathroom and fall even further behind. Incredibly frustrating experience. Could not have felt less valued as a customer. The only olive branch they offered was to offer a vague discount on a future project."
