"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Perfectly. I sent a task description to Felipe and to one other A-rated handyman. The other guy never got back to me, but Felipe responded in less than a day, saying he was booked through a specific day (about a month away). I asked if he could schedule the job for the next day after that. We had a couple of email exchanges between with details on my side and schedule confirmations from Felipe. We mutually agreed to delay till two days later because of rainstorms. // Felipe showed up as promised at 10 am with his quiet but intelligent son (about 13 yrs. old) and they got to work, at first in clean space in my garage, and then at the front door. He finished in a little over two hours, including lock installation. While I am not a carpenter, I am moderately handy and appreciate a knowledgeable, quality job when I see one, and that's what Felipe provided. So I asked him if he ever does minor work on roof gutters. I explained where our gutters, only 5 years old, appeared to not be level any more. (My gardener had looked and they were not filled with debris.) Almost before I knew it, he was up on my ladder and on the roof. Not only did he diagnose the problem--a small amount of debris beyond the end of a short gutter run was causing the problem--he removed the debris, cleared another spot, and got down as the water poured down and out as it was supposed to! He would not accept a bonus or tip for this service; I paid exactly what he had quoted on my first call a month before. It is now a couple of weeks later, the door still works fine and the locks on it work fine. I would hire Felipe again in a minute."

"I AM OVER THE MOON PLEASED! This was the third time I had hired Kyle and his excellent crew to remodel a house for me. It was a huge job, that entailed a lot of very careful restoration, on a 1920 Craftsman Arts and Crafts home. The home had a fire in the past, and had never been properly remediated. There were burnt beams and joists that need to be repaired as well as a lot of water damage that occurred when putting out the fire. To see the house today, you'd never imagine the state it was in when I purchased it. IT IS NOW, KNOCK OUT GORGEOUS! I had tried to find someone who was good at and understood the difference between remodeling and restoration. Other contractors I spoke to, wanted to remove all of the architectural components of a craftsman house. They clearly didn't understand restoration! Kyle himself lives in a Craftsman home, and understood my concerns. He and his guys did exactly the kind of work I wanted. His lead man on my job, Arturo, and his cousin Phillipe took on every challenge I threw at them, and executed each job perfectly. These guys are so talented, resourceful, and willing, it made working with them a real pleasure! Although some of the original parts and pieces of the home Were salvageable, Many had sustained too much damage to save. Arturo, a master at woodworking, managed to make reproduction built-ins, cabinets, moldings and casings. He made from scratch, period style casement windows and window screens as well. My home did not originally come with a fireplace, and when I showed him a period craftsman fireplace with built in cabinet surrounds, he made me one so perfectly done, no one would ever know it wasn't period to the home. To see this house today, you might think it is an all original well kept home from the 1920's, which is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, I'd like to say what a pleasure it was having Kyle's crew in my home! They were here 6 days a week for 8 months. They were the most respectful and caring guys, and totally trustworthy! As a woman on her own, I have in the past been treated very badly by construction companies and their employees. These guys were completely the opposite! So easy going and willing to take on any challenge! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!"

"They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. "If you want immaculate service and exceptional work done then hire Gabriel! He is so awesome! He truly cares about his work and you can tell. He makes sure it’s done exactly how you like it. I had some doors that I needed hung, but my house is crooked and he went above and beyond to make sure they were right. Then he stayed extra to put on the handles, which wasn’t even part of the agreement. Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more.
