"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! "Eric from Pennington Construction gave me a call right away to set up an appointment regarding the replacement of my sun deck flooring, which had been leaking rain water into my garage. He gave me an estimate immediately, but said it may not be a firm estimate, depending on what damage may be discovered once the old tile floor was removed. He explained how the new floor would be made waterproof, and spotted some damaged woodwork that would need replacing on the balcony. All that was included in the estimate. His workers were courteous and showed up on time. The work was completed within the time frame established and was done well. I was satisfied."
