"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"Jonathan Kim is a true professional. He got the project done within the time frame he had estimated and my furniture looked beautiful!"

"A friend of mine recommended Kyle Behm to me when I was looking to hire someone to do some work on my new house (painting the entire interior, replacing the front door, installing gutters, and a few general repairs both inside and outside the house). We got quotes from both Kyle and one other company. His pricing was competitive, and his quote reflected that he had listened to and understood our needs. While the work was being scheduled and done, Kyle and his team were professional, hardworking, responsive and did an excellent, detail-oriented job on everything (for example, the stucco that they repaired around our front door matches the existing stucco so well you would never know it had been cracked). Kyle was also very patient with our many first-time-homeowner questions, worked with our schedule and met our move-in deadline even though he was super busy, and flexible when we made a few changes to the scope of the work along the way. We originally were going to have Kyle and his team do a bathroom remodel as well, but decided to wait and make a few other purchases first. We will definitely hire him again once we're ready to do that, and for any other work we end up needing done. Thank you Kyle!"

"We recently hired a construction company to complete an addition on our home, and we couldn?t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail truly stood out. The team took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the design and functionality of the new space. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent. We always knew what phase we were in, what to expect next, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The addition blends seamlessly with the original structure of our home?it looks and feels like it was always meant to be there. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept the worksite clean and organized each day. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a home addition or renovation."

"Mike was punctual and very professional on this project which took a little over two days to complete. His assistant was very skilled in the kind of carpentry required for building a deck and benches incorporated into the structure. The photo shows the triangular area repaired after a spa had been removed. The new redwood had not yet been stained to match the older part of the deck."

"Home2Renovate painted the entire exterior of the house including the stucco and trim. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house. I would highly recommend them for home repair and painting projects."
