He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays.
