"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"I hired this company to repair structural damage to the frame of a loveseat and they did excellent work from the pickup all the way through the delivery. The experience is everything that someone should want and expect from a high quality firm. It was a pleasurable experience."

"I AM OVER THE MOON PLEASED! This was the third time I had hired Kyle and his excellent crew to remodel a house for me. It was a huge job, that entailed a lot of very careful restoration, on a 1920 Craftsman Arts and Crafts home. The home had a fire in the past, and had never been properly remediated. There were burnt beams and joists that need to be repaired as well as a lot of water damage that occurred when putting out the fire. To see the house today, you'd never imagine the state it was in when I purchased it. IT IS NOW, KNOCK OUT GORGEOUS! I had tried to find someone who was good at and understood the difference between remodeling and restoration. Other contractors I spoke to, wanted to remove all of the architectural components of a craftsman house. They clearly didn't understand restoration! Kyle himself lives in a Craftsman home, and understood my concerns. He and his guys did exactly the kind of work I wanted. His lead man on my job, Arturo, and his cousin Phillipe took on every challenge I threw at them, and executed each job perfectly. These guys are so talented, resourceful, and willing, it made working with them a real pleasure! Although some of the original parts and pieces of the home Were salvageable, Many had sustained too much damage to save. Arturo, a master at woodworking, managed to make reproduction built-ins, cabinets, moldings and casings. He made from scratch, period style casement windows and window screens as well. My home did not originally come with a fireplace, and when I showed him a period craftsman fireplace with built in cabinet surrounds, he made me one so perfectly done, no one would ever know it wasn't period to the home. To see this house today, you might think it is an all original well kept home from the 1920's, which is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, I'd like to say what a pleasure it was having Kyle's crew in my home! They were here 6 days a week for 8 months. They were the most respectful and caring guys, and totally trustworthy! As a woman on her own, I have in the past been treated very badly by construction companies and their employees. These guys were completely the opposite! So easy going and willing to take on any challenge! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!"

"We recently hired a construction company to complete an addition on our home, and we couldn?t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail truly stood out. The team took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the design and functionality of the new space. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent. We always knew what phase we were in, what to expect next, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The addition blends seamlessly with the original structure of our home?it looks and feels like it was always meant to be there. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept the worksite clean and organized each day. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a home addition or renovation."

"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. The work started almost immediately. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays. We highly recommend HOME2RENOVATE for all your home improvement needs!"

"They worked with us to create a custom set up for each within our budget. All the details we discussed in the plans were addressed in the install and the finished products are beautiful and functional, very high quality materials and they even included soft close features at no extra charge."

"The owner Gabriel is a top notch guy and craftsman. His employee Ricky on our project is very meticulous finish carpenter. They showed up everyday until project was complete. They installed cabinets and moldings.....cannot say how happy we are. Do not be afraid to call Gabriel, pricing very reasonable and workmanship is excellent."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
