"Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"This past June 2017, we had the very pleasurable and satisfying experience of having Kyle Beym Home Improvements perform work at both our home and our rental home as well. We contracted with Kyle to do such things as: redo the bathroom in our rental home, install new flooring in both houses for kitchen and bath, put in a new shower and tub as well as new vanities and mirrors, hang new security doors, install exhaust fans for both kitchen and baths, repair numerous closet doors, paint various rooms in both homes, hang a new exterior door, cut, measure, and install new floor molding, and so on.
