I had a racoon that opened up my crawlspace on my raised foundation. I found Yobani by sheer luck. He came to my house after 5pm on a last minute appointment and climbed under my house. He took pictures to show a racoon had been under the house (footprints). He also identified there could be a rodent underneath the house as well.
