Wonderful! I am thrilled with the addition of more storage in my kitchen. Made the room larger. Classy Closets did an excellent job. They were friendly! Completely satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Classy Closets was recommended to us by the company that remodeled our master bathroom. Sean Ireland brought samples and photos to our home to help us decide what type of installation we wanted in our closet. He took measurements and then provided a couple of different sets of CAD drawings for us to choose from. He provided updates to the drawings in a timely manner and helped us to make cost-effective choices. Sean worked with us to schedule the installation to coordinate with the work in our closet. The installers arrived promptly and completed the job as scheduled. The resulting closet is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. Our closet is oddly shaped and all the cuts/carpentry fits exactly. The drawers and doors operate beautifully and the aesthetic is just what we wanted.

All phases of this project went perfectly. The designer, Tui, came to our house and was able to strike just right the balance between figuring out how best to meet our goals and to point out when necessary why we might want to do something different. The crew that came to do the installation were on time, friendly, efficient, and skilled. The result is one we appreciate now every day.

The installer made the closet just as the designer drew the plans.

They worked with us to create a custom set up for each within our budget. All the details we discussed in the plans were addressed in the install and the finished products are beautiful and functional, very high quality materials and they even included soft close features at no extra charge.

Sean Ireland was our designer/main contact and I can't say enough great things about him - he is not only friendly and very prompt in his communication but an A+ when is comes to design skills and creativity!  We had a few awkwardly placed outlets and he found very creative workarounds to get us beautiful looking pieces that were incredibly functional too.   And I'll be the first to admit that I was not the easiest to work with - I changed my mind several times and went back on forth on many details - Sean never got frustrated with me and I'm SO happy with the end product!  The pieces look beautiful and are very great quality as well.  Overall, we are VERY happy with the outcome!

Listened to what we were looking for, made recommendations based on his experience and that of past customers, proposed designs, then delivered a beautiful set-up for all our walk-in closets and laundry room.

It was great.  I met with 3 separate companies and all of them sent out nice people who seemed to listen to what I want and sold similar materials.  We ended up going with Classy Closets because they gave the most thorough bid with drawings and detailed discussion about what I was purchasing.  I wanted a couple of different things and Sean was professional about expressing concerns and offering suggestions to get to what I wanted a little differently.  After he sent me the drawings I expressed concern that one area wasn't deep enough to store something I wanted to store so he came out again and remeasured the area and we came up with a solution.
They wanted 50% down but because state law states that only 10% or $1,000 can be requested they were fine with 10%.
On the day of the install two guys came to my house exactly on time.  They were friendly and professional.  At one point one of the guys questioned if I wanted the closet to go all the way to the wall or end a few inches away from the wall.  When I said I wanted it to go all the way to the wall, he called the company and they brought out additional materials.  They brought the wrong pulls and when I pointed it out they quickly changed them but were 2 short.  I kept $100 off the total price and Sean came by the next week to check on it and replace the 2 handles and I paid in full. 
All in all a pleasant experience.  They gave me a lot of good information when I started, arrived on time, were professional, worked quickly, and communicated well with each other to avoid or amend any mistakes.  They quickly followed up with fixing errors and checked in with me.

It went great! It looks perfect!. I thought they were reasonably priced and they were on time . The end product was exactly what I wanted. The closets comes with a lifetime warranty and look very professional.

Not a single word from Classy Closets.

Very good quality displays showing a good range of closet layouts.  We made an appt to have Gary see out garage and show us plans to have built ins for storage and a work/desk area for crafts.  We loved the plans, the price was reasonable and we plan to do this as soon as we can free the time and clear the garage (We plan to have he floor epoxied first.  I'm sure we will be using this company.  I have a friend who had them do work on her closets and she was very pleased.

I was very impressed with Classy Closet from start to finish. Our original walk-in pantry had  shelving that was not structurally well-supported (leading to pronounced sagging in the middle) and also was inefficient in terms of space usage. Complicating matters, the pantry is somewhat irregularly shaped, i.e., not a rectangle. After calling Classy Closets, Kate came out the next day - she was both charming and extremely knowledgeable, and within a few days she had sent me a CAD drawing of a proposed re-make of the pantry that included several useful pull out drawers and significantly more and stronger shelving. I made one small suggested change to which she was immediately receptive, the point being she worked with me to get the right design for my situation. After getting her cost estimate, I also had California Closet come out to see what they could do. The person who came out was very professional and straightforward, but basically he said that their modular pieces would not work well given the irregular shape, and that I would probably have to get a carpenter to customize something. So I went with Classy Closet and I am very glad I did. The installers came out right at the appointed time, and although they said the installation presented some unusual problems, they also said they would figure it out and they did. Really clean installation and a much, much improved pantry, both in terms of usable space and looks. Classy Closet had just enough flexibility in their approach that it worked fine for my somewhat unusual situation and saved me from having to pay considerably more for a full on custom job. I'm glad I did this modification every time I go into the pantry!

They are supposed to patch holes after taking away old closets. But they didnt. 
I couldnt found it out until next day I heard it from my painter because they didn't show up between 9:30 and 11:00, a scheduled time, came later in the afternoon and did work while I was absent.
I have to pay extra cost to painters
I complaint.to Kate Monaghan, a manager. She said that it was not an included service in the contract,  that is simplely a lie.
I have an previous email from her explaing term "touch up" in the estimate. "Regarding the touch up paint ? what that means is
when we tear out the existing system there will be holes in the walls. My crew will touch up the holes with spackle."
Nevertheless, she denied through. Don't deal with dishonest people.

I can't say enough good things about the experience working with them. From beginning to end my wife and I were smiling, and that's not common with home improvement in our experience with other vendors. The quality of their work was top notch and their ability to custom design something that looks good is exceptional. Even little touches like trimming, crown molding, colors, and stain were all done to perfection. We will continue to work with them for any and all projects in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their home look great.

Fantastic!  Classy Closets is everything you want in a Closet Company.  I called in the morning, and the designer was with my wife that afternoon.  Her name is Tui and she is very, very good.  Showed us exactly how to maximize our closet design.   She even drew the designs (other companies use software) on paper like an artist.  The next day she drove back to our house to reconfirm what we wanted and sign the contract.  We picked out the date and time with no problem for installation.  The carpenter went to work and in one day did a fantastic job. Even made the trapezoid reach in closet hall way work! We got a real nice maple wood to match our hardwood floors.  Finally, one week after the job Tui called back to make sure all was good. 

I initially to two other closet companies and Classy Closet with Tui showed exactly how to get it done right!
