Victor was able to meet me, provided me his written quote, and scheduled to start our project within a very short time. Victor and his team showed up on time and completed the project within the scheduled timeframe with an excellent quality workmanship. "The actual work product put out by the workers who came to my home to build/construct my gazebo were outstanding. However, the staff who came out to do the initial contact were never given my phone number so when they were late I could not contact them and had to call the home office. They could not contact me either so there was a brief concern over the customer service. Once they arrived I was able to explain what my concerns were and they understood. The initial call came to me from Home Advisor and not Home2Renovate so that was why there was a mixup as to the initial appointment. Other than that, everything else was great including the bid price they provided for my project."
