Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. Our most recent project was a concrete patio replacing a preexisting. wooden deck that, over the years was in disrepair. Robert and his crew demo'd the structure in short order, leaving a clean area. The next morning they installed rebar and forms. The next day they were here bright and early w/ concrete pump, truck, and in no time had the new patio slab looking fabulous. Robert himself, always returns the following day to remove forms, and check to ensure all is well. An impressive part of this project was the replacement of a small narrow set of precarious stairs with risers that were too high and too shallow. They completely transformed the area by removing the old, and made all new safe and aesthetically symmetrical entry to our family room from the backyard patio. These guys are top shelf! Friendly professionals. And...they play great music while they work, which makes watching the evolution to the area that much more enjoyable."
