Joseph explained the process and scope of work clearly and I was confident that selecting them was the best decision. She kept in touch with me and scheduled the retrofit immediately as soon as my skunk situation was resolved. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
