Fiddler On The Roof Chimney Service

Work was done on a rental property across the country. Communication happened over the phone and thru email. I received pictures of exactly what was to be done. Job was completed within a couple of days. Couldn't be happier.

I received chimney inspections from Enrique and I would like to start off by saying that he was super professional, knowledgeable, and truly the best. We've had experience with other companies but this was by far the best company since. They truly care about customer service which is why the company is very lucky to have Enrique on their team. He explained everything that he saw in detail and everything that needed to be done. In addition, since he has extensive experience with fixing homes (having a contracting license) he was knowledgeable about other things as well. He is honest to the core so when he gives his recommendations, he will give you texture to what he feels is most important to least important and tell you why. I'm very thankful to have gotten Enrique to come out because we received quality expert service.

This company went above and beyond. Excellent service. Russ and Julie were such a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough about them. I would hire them again. We originally saw that they had great reviews and that's why we hired them. Now I see why. If you need any chimney work, call them!

Everything was excellent. Easy to schedule appointment, received an e-mail when they were on the way to my place. They came on time. Explained what they were doing, explained findings and were very neat and professional. Sealing my chimney helped but unfortunately it didn't fully resolve my problem. The owner of Fiddler on the Roof, Russ, spoke with me in follow-up. He was very helpful and offered some additional things for me to try such as sealing my windows and attic opening, which I will do.

Jorge and Andrew inspected the chimney and gave several options /prices for repair of deteriorated mortar as well as to install caps and dampers. Once I decided on the scope of the work, an estimate was provided while at the site and a work date was scheduled. Throughout the process I was kept informed and all questions were answered. From the initial phone call with Julie at the office to the completion of the work by Jorge, the service was excellent and professional.

The chimney cleaning was great but after the cleaning it turned into a sales pitch about everything that we had wrong with our chimney and fireplace. I haven't had that experience with an Angies list deal in the past and was disappointed that it turned into that. The work itself was done great so I would hire them again, but be ready for a sales pitch at the end.

Great. Tech was professional, courteous, and honest. He didn't try to upsell unneccessary services, in fact he discouraged me from getting it cleaned because he deemed that it wasn't required.

Very well. Professional and timely. Damper was out of stock (manufacturer) so had to wait a month for it to come in.

Chimney cap fell off and they were prompt as well as thoroughly repaired:replaced the cap, cleaned the chimneys and did follow up to recommend some safer changes.

They have been amazing!!! We got our fireplace fixed almost 4 years ago. The crew was punctual,. polite, and clean (they had to break out the back of the fireplace and rebuild). We have also had them come back every year to do a check and sweep on the fireplace. Last year someone new came to check out the fireplace, and he wanted to take a picture to show how well the fireplace was done by the previous employee. We will continue to use them every year. (The cost is an estimate since we got the service done 4 years ago)

Fiddler's staff have always been helpful, polite, very professional. They call several days in advance to confirm appointments, and present their professional opinions without trying to upsell me. I strongly recommend their services.

Showed up on time, was extremely professional and courteous. He cleaned the chimney, fixed a small issue with the flue, and did a great job. He made sure to keep everything clean, and was as polite as could be. I can't recommend them enough.

I bought an Angie's List deal, and these guys were great. They found the house (not easy), were right on time, and did their work cleanly and professionally. I appreciated the clear explanation of possible problems with my chimney, and their advice for testing further before using. Recommended!

I called several fireplace repair companies but this one was by far the very best.The receptionist was very friendly and gave me several on-line choices for a possible fireplace replacement units. She explained that in spite of the summer heat, they were very busy with real estate work.  I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and was glad I did.

They gave me a 4 hour widow for the appointment but explained that they'd call 30 minutes before they arrived. They were here within one hour of the 4 hour window and called before they arrived. The Fiddler staff arrived exactly as they said they would and were wonderful. Enrique was the technician and he did an excellent job of restoring my OLD gas fireplace to good working order. He and his colleague were very polite, took great care to keep my house clean as they worked, and put all the pieces back in place when they were done. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!
