"About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. The cost is very fair. The level of perfection that the entire crew puts forth is really enjoyable to witness. Our most recent project was a concrete patio replacing a preexisting. wooden deck that, over the years was in disrepair. Robert and his crew demo'd the structure in short order, leaving a clean area. The next morning they installed rebar and forms. The next day they were here bright and early w/ concrete pump, truck, and in no time had the new patio slab looking fabulous. Robert himself, always returns the following day to remove forms, and check to ensure all is well. An impressive part of this project was the replacement of a small narrow set of precarious stairs with risers that were too high and too shallow. They completely transformed the area by removing the old, and made all new safe and aesthetically symmetrical entry to our family room from the backyard patio. These guys are top shelf! Friendly professionals. And...they play great music while they work, which makes watching the evolution to the area that much more enjoyable."

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
