"Professional, patient, and honest! I had a plumbing emergency when all our plumbing backed up in our "new", older home in Lakewood. I put in an appointment with my home insurance company AHS who sent another plumbing company right away; that plumber tried to snake the back up from every line, took my toilets off and flooded my bathrooms to no avail.. To sum it up they didn't fix the problem and said I needed to repipe my whole system which would cost $8 to $10k oop, not including my wood flooring they'd have to destroy to get to the pipe. My husband and I were devastated. Luckily those ***** never followed up so I called Mr Rooter and Gary, the supervisor, said he would come the next day with a camera. He was very patient and explained that it could be multiple things, and to not jump to conclusions the other plumber had suggested, which was drastic. They hydro- jetted the blockage for $550, a fraction of what the other plumber was suggesting. Their pricing is up front, and in a company 'menu' they carry around. They even cleaned the big mess the other plumber left with their shop vac. You get what you pay for, you could go to a less experienced, cheaper plumber.. But with something as important as plumbing I wouldn't risk it and am so grateful I found Mr Rooter.

"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. "The original technician that was sent to do the job did his best but after a series of issues and 2 days of attempting to remedy them I concluded that he was in over his head.  In his defense, this type of sensor faucet is pretty new on the market and he had limited experience with this particular kind of installation.
I ended up contacting the company owner, Bob Muller.  He listened to my concerns and he took immediate action to resolve them by offering to finish the job himself.   Bob arrived within an hour of our conversation to do the work and within another hour he had the faucet working perfectly. He also checked the work that had been done on the toilets to make sure that everything was done correctly.  I'm a stickler for doing things right and up to code and Bob was on the same page with me.  It's not easy to find a really good plumber.  Bob has earned my future business.
